1/2 lb chopped pork rind with meat
1 cup shredded cheese
1 cup refried beans
4 cups maseca
1/2 cup flour
1 tb salt
1/2 tbs baking power
About 2 1/2 cups of room temperature water
Mix the masa ingredients and the water. Add it little by little until you get a good consistency and the masa don't stick to your hands.
On the side on a bowl mix the stuffing ingredients.
Get a ball of masa of the size of your palm. Put a little smaller portion of the stuffing mix and cover it with the masa. Put it on the middle of the torteadora and squeeze it not very hard on each side. Finish it on the table making it flat with the palm of your hand. Cook it on the flat cooking pan.

Ground cotija cheese
Chop onion and cilantro
And salsa roja or verde
