2 boiled and shredded chicken breast
1 cup of the chicken broad
2 tbs chicken bouillon
2 Garlic cloves
1 pinch of cumin
½ small onion
3 of 4 tsp of canned chipotle pepper
5 peeled tomatoes
1 cup of water
Place the chicken in the cooking pan at medium low.
Blend the rest of the ingredients very well, pour the sauce over the chicken and bring it up to boil. You can serve it with rice and bean on the side and tortillas.
