4 PASILLA PEPPERS
1/2 LB QUESO FRESCO, PANELA OR OAXACA.
8 EGGS
½ CUP FLOUR
1 CUP OLIVE OIL

Directions

ROASTED THE PEPPERS COVER WITH A PLASTIC BAG FOR 15 MIN AND PEELED THE SKIN OFF AND THE SEEDS
FILL THEM UP WITH CHEESE. BRING THE EGG WHITES UP TO A FROTHE.
COVER THE PEPPERS WITH FLOUR, THEN THE EGG THEN…FRY THEM
YOU CAN MAKE A TOMATO SALSA .
