Ingredients

2LB BAG COOKED SHRIMP
½ BUTTER STICK
1 RED BELL PEPPER
1 GREEN BELL PEPPER
1 SMALL WHITE ONION SLICED
1 TBSP GARLIC POWER
1 TBSP CRUSHED RED PEPPER
SALT AND BLACK PEPPER

Directions

PRE HEAT A FRYING PAN TO MELT THE BUTTER ADD THE SHRIMP AND STIR VERY WELL.  ADD THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS AND LET IT COOK FOR 10 MIN.  REMEMBER THE SHRIMP IS ALL READY COOKED.
PLATE IN A BED OF LETTUCE WITH A SIDE OF SPANISH RICE  AND LIME JUICE IF YOU LIKE.
