Shrimp Fresca Capellini

Ingredients

6 oz. Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
8 oz. Fresca Sauce (Recipe Below)
7 oz. Pasta Capellini
2 oz. Fresh Grated Parmesan
2 oz. Fresh Mozzarella

Directions

Skewer Shrimp and Season with Lemon Pepper. Place on Grill or Sautee. Pre-heat Sautee pan add Fresca Sauce so to sear the tomatoes, toss in Capellini and mozzarella until cheese starts to melt. Plate, and add shrimp on top, garnish with fresh parm and basil
