Ingredients

2 CUPS CORN MASECA FLOUR
½ CUP REGULAR ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
2 TSP SALT
1 TBSP BAKING POWER
WATER

Directions

MIX ALL THE DRY INGREDIENTS BY HAND, ADD WATER GRADUALLY UNTIL THE MASA IS SOFT BUT NOT STICKY.  MAKE MASA BALLS THE SIZE OF THE PALM, USE A TORTILLA PRESSER AND COOK THEM ON A FLAT PAN. LET THE TORTILLA COOK FOR ABOUT 30 SECONDS EACH SIZE.
