Salmon Kalbi Style

Chuck Fisher with Jackson's

Ingredients

1 lb. of Salmon

2 oz Sesame Oil

10 oz Kalbi sauce or Teryaki

2 oz green onion chopped

2 oz. diced tomatoes

Directions

Heat skillet and add sesame oil.  Add salmon and cook until almost done.  Add sauce, tomatoes and green onions and finish.

3 cups teryaki sauce

1/2 cup pineapple

1 cup sesame oil
