Ingredients
4 oz Wild Mushrooms
2 oz Brandy
3 cups heavy cream
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Salt to Taste
Directions
Saute mushrooms in 1 T. olive oil. Deglaze with brandy. Add heavy cream.
