Tantalizing Asian Cucumber Sauce

1/2 cup Cucumber puree**

1/4 cup Cauliflower puree**

4 T. Soy Sauce (Gluten-Free)

4 T. Fish Sauce

2 T. Lemon Juice

2 T. Agave Nectar

2 t.  Lemon Grass, finely minced

1/2 t. Chile Paste

2 Garlic Cloves, finely minced & smashed


Combine all ingredients in a non-reactive bowl, and whisk until thoroughly combined. This is a fairly thin sauce and can be used as a dressing over vegetables as well.
