4- 4 ounce Chicken Breast

1/4 Cup Arugula Pesto (Recipe Follows)

2 ounce Sun Dried Tomatoes

2 ounce Provolone Cheese

4 Focaccia Buns

Pesto Ingredients (Use Food Processor to Combine)

1 Pound Arugula

2 TBSP Pine Nuts

2 TBSP Parmesean Cheese

1/4 Cup Canola Oil

1 TSP Salt

1 TSP Lemon Juice

Directions

Combine Ingredients for a Sandwich, serve fruit on the side
