Pan Seared Turkey Cutlet

2 Boneless Turkey breast (cut in half)
2 Fuji Apples peeled, diced and roasted with brown sugar and cinnamon.
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup Spiced Mead (Honey Wine)
1 cup Heavy Cream
¼ tsp All Spice
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 Tbsp Butter
Dredge Turkey Cutlets in Seasoned Flour Sauté with 2 tsp olive oil on Medium Heat until Golden Brown turn and repeat on both sides. Finish in oven on 350 degrees until internal temp of cutlet is 170 degrees or juice is clear. Add fruit to the pan, add Spiced Mead, sugar and let reduce by half, add Heavy Cream, All Spice, Salt and Pepper. Let Cream Reduce by half. Turn heat off and add butter while mixing constantly, serve immediately over turkey cutlets.
