Three Cheese Fondue

Chuck Fisher- Jackson's in Richland

Ingredients

Cheddar Cheese- 1 pound

Chicken Broth- 1 cup

Dijon Mustard- 1/4 cup

Corn Starch- 1/4 cup

Directions

Bring broth to a simmer and add cheese of choice.  Mix corn starch and mustard together into a paste.  When simmering, add mustard mix to thicken

Quick recipe- Use two cans of cheddar cheese sauce.  Add one can of checken broth or stock and thicken with mustard mix
