Creme en Glace Recipe

Ingredients
2 large egg yolks
½ cup sugar
1 pint heavy cream
Directions
Blend ingredients in small sauce pan and reduce by a quarter. Let cool.
Ladle Crème en Glace on a dessert plate place one layer of cut sponge cake on glace top with berries and place another piece of sponge cake and top with berries and whipped cream.
