Lemon Garlic Pasta

Ingredients

Spaghetti, cooked

 10 oz

Whole butter

 1 oz

 

Salt

 1 pnch

 

Parsley

 1 pnch

 

Garlic, Chopped

1 pinch

 

Parm, fine shredd

 ½ oz

Lemon Zest

 1 pinch

Lemon wedge

 2 ea

Crushed Hazelnuts

1 oz

Directions
  1. Place Spaghetti into boiling water to reheat for 30 sec.
  2. Remove from pasta from water and let drain, about 30 sec.
  3. Into mixing bowl and add butter, parsley, garlic, parm, lemon zest, juice of one lemon wedge and salt. Add pasta and toss with ingredients together till well mixed.
  4. Place pasta into warm entrée bowl for serving. Garnish with lemon wedge, parm and parsley.
