Fry Bread For A Family of 4

Ingredients
2 ½ cups flour
1 Tbsp Sugar
½ Tsp Salt
1 cup Warm Water (110⁰- 115⁰)
1 ½ Tsp Yeast
Directions
Dissolve yeast in water. Place flour sugar and salt in large mixing bowl. Add water and yeast mixture. Knead until smooth and elastic. Cover, let rise 15 to 20 min. Place oil in fryer and heat to 400⁰. Form into balls about 1 inch in diameter, flatten ball and stretch until about 4 inches in diameter. Drop bread in hot oil, cook until golden brown. Serve with honey butter.
