WAPATO -- Drivers running stop signs are to blame for two separate fatal crashes in the Lower Valley.
The Washington State Patrol says 65 year old Rogelio Solis of Toppenish, was heading east on Branch Road near Wapato Friday afternoon. Solis ran the stop sign, and his car was hit by another. He died Saturday morning.
The other crash happened in Harrah on Saturday. 75 year old Theron Feil was driving near his home, when another driver didn't stop, hitting his car. Feil died at the scene.
