Spears and Kevin Federline have finalized a custody agreement, including a $5,000-per-month child-support increase for Federline. Attorneys delivered the terms of the agreement to a Los Angeles Superior Court office late last week.

According to the documents, Spears' payments to Federline go from $15,000 to $20,000 per month, retroactive to July 15th. A Federline attorney also gets a single payment of $250,000.

The two sides had previously said they'd worked out an agreement that would let Spears spend more time with her kids, including more overnight visits.
