Dutch Oven Rendezvous with Seminars and Cooking Demonstrations
Saturday June 9 from noon to 1:30 there will be a Dutch Oven Cooking Seminar lead by Paul Mantz-Powers of Waitsburg. There will be cooking demonstrations by Three Rivers Cast Iron Cookers Club. Come and learn how to get started cooking with Dutch ovens. New for 2012 is a Dutch Oven cook-off with a $100 grand prize. This is held at Sacajawea State Park in Pasco in conjunction with the Sacajawea Bluegrass Festival. Admission is $18.00 for the day (including the concerts and workshops).
