Fugitive wanted after failing to appear in court on drug, firearm charges

The Washington State Department of Corrections and Tri-Cities Crime Stoppers are searching for a man who escaped from community custody. He’s also wanted after failing to appear in court for unlawful possession of drugs and a firearm.

Romero E. Sanchez, 20, was last known to live in Kennewick. The man is 5-foot-10 with black hair and brown eyes. He weighs about 182 pounds.

To identify him, look for tattoos on his arms. He has a tattoo on his right arm that says “RIP” and another on his forearm that says “Essence.” On his left arm, he has a tattoo that says “Raquel” and another of R2D2.

Information leading to his arrest may earn you a $1,000 reward.
