Campfires Okay in Western Washington

   OLYMPIA, Wash. (AP) -- Thanks to this week's rain, the state Department of Natural Resources is easing its burn ban a bit.
   The agency says fires will be allowed in fire rings at campgrounds, but only in Western Washington. And a ban on all other outdoor burning remains in effect statewide through September on state-protected lands.
   The department says fires this year have burned about 547 square miles in Washington and cost more than $91 million to fight
