The four bedroom, three full bath home sits on 2/3 acre of land, featuring old world, contemporary style.
Some of the details include a huge patio and pool, open concept design, with amenities like two laundry rooms, his/her dens, and his/her closets. There is also a playroom, formal dining room, breakfast nook, entertainment and pool room, along with three car garage and two half baths.
Owners Don and Darcie Odegard will be moving in with their three kids later this month.
If the name Don Odegard sounds familiar to you... That's because he was picked by the Cinncinati Bengals in the 1990 NFL Draft and later played for the New York Jets.
He's also a Tri-Citian, graduating from Kennewick High School in the 1980s.
His wife Darcie said one of the reasons this home has been a dream home and a dream to design is the couple's relationship with local builder, Rick Peterman.
"He's amazing. We have gone through a lot of building remodels, when we lived in Arizona as well as around the Tri-Cities and we've never started a project liking someone and ending liking them even better. And that's what makes this home even more special. I can't even believe we get to live here - it's just a dream come true, honestly," said Darcie
More than 10 thousand people are expected to attend this years Parade of Homes. It begins tomorrow at 9am, and ends next Saturday.
