Teen Pleads Guilty in Transit Center Shooting
A teenageer accused of killing a man at the Yakima Transit Center pleads guilty to second degree murder this morning.
The plea stems from a deal 16 year old Daniel Perez made with prosecutors, which reduces his first degree murder charge to second degree.
Perez also plead guilty to unlawful possession of a firearm.
Perez was accused of shooting and killing Octavio Rangel just over a year ago -- he was 15 at the time.
