A Boeing 757 Headed for Seattle, Makes an Emergency Landing in Pasco
A Boeing 757 enroute from Atlanta to Seattle makes an emergency landing in the Tri Cities last night.
Delta officials say flight 2329 landed after an indicator in the belly of the plane went off. They say this was just an alert, no problem was detected. All 183 crew members and passengers made it off the plane safely.
Airline officials say passengers were given vouchers for food, and some chose to rent cars to get to their destination faster. Another plane from Salt Lake City was flown in to get the rest of the passengers to Seattle. That plane took off around 4:30AM.
Delta officials say the grounded plane will thoroughly be checked over before it's put back into use.
