Yakima County Prosecutors strike a plea deal today with a man suspected of being involved in a West Valley triple murder case.

Tennance Buckingham pleaded guilty to first degree trafficking stolen property and first degree rendering criminal assistance.

In exhange, Buckingham agreed to testify against Kevin Harper, who prosecutors are working to refile murder charges for the death of Bill, Pauline and Bettye Goggin in 2011.

Buckingham also agreed to an 8 month jail sentence, which prosecutors will credit with time already served.
