No charges for Finley teen with 'death list'

No criminal charges will be filed against a 13-year-old Finley girl who was expelled last week for having a 'death list'.
A statement released by the Benton County Prosecuting Attorney's Office says there was insufficient evidence showing that harrassment took place.
A school counselor, who found the list, was listed as number three on the list.
She told prosecutors she did not believe the threat would be carried out.
