A woman who worked at a Richland flower shop for more than a year, quit this week after the owner refused to provide flowers for a same-sex wedding.

Barronelle Stutzman, the owner of Arlene's Flowers, called a store meeting on Monday to discuss the issue with staff.

The next day, one of her employees Eryn Hugo, quit.

Stutzman says Hugo didn't agree with her decision to refuse services for the same-sex wedding.

Stutzman says business at her shop has increased since the incident.
