Northwest auto dealer ordered to comply with consumer protection laws
The Walla Walla County Superior Court orders several northwest auto dealerships to comply with state laws after being accused of failing to transfer car titles.
According to the Washington Attorney General's Office, Gilbert Auto Honda in College Place and other Mark Gilbert dealerships failed to pay off buyers' trade-in vehicles.
This resulted in some buyers being forced to make payments on both the new vehicle and their trade-in to avoid collections agencies and repossession.
If you faced a similar experience with any of the dealerships, the AG's office encourages you to file a complaint. To do that, click here.
