The controversy over the refusal by a Richland flower shop owner to provide flowers for a same sex wedding moves to the courtroom tomorrow for an afternoon hearing.

The Washington state attorney general's office sued Arlene's Flowers owner Baronelle Stutzman under consumer protection laws after she refused service to Robert Ingersoll and Curt Freed.

Initital arguments in that case will be heard tomorrow afternoon.

The ACLU also filed suit against Stutzman on behalf of the couple, while a religious freedom group, Alliance Defending Freedom, countersued the state on behalf of Stutzman.
