Grandview Shooting Suspect Pleads Guilty to 2nd Degree Murder
Yakima County Prosecutors strike a plea deal with a Grandview man accused of killing another man in 2011.
Alejandro Martinez pleaded guilty to second degree murder in the shooting death of Mariano Cuevas.
Police say Martinez shot Cuevas in Grandview after witnesses say the two were heard arguing outside.
Martinez was originally facing first degree murder charges.
Prosecutors say they are seeking a 19 year sentence for Martinez.
