McCorkindale trial moved to October
The trial date for a man accused of killing a Prosser man last month over a drug deal gone bad is delayed more than a month today.
Robert McCorkindale is charged with first degree murder in the death of 22 year-old Preston Yahne.
His trial was scheduled to begin in late August, but this morning, the judge moved the trial to October 14th.
According to court documents, McCorkindale admitted to investigators that he stabbed Yahne, ran over him with a car, then set the car on fire.
