Ki-Be administrator accused of stealing district property pleads not guilty
An administrator at the Kiona-Benton School District accused of stealing school district property and selling it on eBay is scheduled to go to trial in October.
Mark Noyes is charged with first degree trafficking stolen property.
Investigators believe Noyes stole several classroom temperature sensors and a film camera from the district, and sold them on eBay.
Noyes pleaded not guilty to the charge yesterday.
Last month, the Kiona-Benton School Board placed Noyes on administrative leave without pay.
Noyes will be back in court next month.
