Jurors Can Consider Three Options in Stuart Case
After discussions in court this morning, it has been determined that jurors in the Tashia Stuart murder case will have three different options if they choose to render a guilty verdict in the case--second degree murder, first degree manslaughter, or second degree manslaughter.
Closing statements are this aftermoon.
Stuart is accused of shooting her adoptive mother Judy Hebert to death in Hebert's home in March of 2011. The defense claims Stuart acted in self defense.
