Suspect remains at large following standoff in College Place
A standoff that lasted nearly eight hours in College Place yesterday resulted in no arrest.
The standoff started shortly after 1 p.m. when an off-duty police officer saw 32-year-old Ramon Zaragoza, a wanted felon, enter an apartment in the 300 block of Southeast 3rd Street.
When officers arrived, Zaragoza was standing in the front yard, but ran into an apartment after officers ordered him to their patrol car.
