The Great Bear Show at TRAC
Five American Black Bears are on the prowl in Pasco this weekend. They are the key attraction at the 20th annual Tri-Cities Sportsmen Show.
The Great Bear show is an educational demonstration, and owner and trainer Bob Steele is pretty serious about how humans and bears should interact, and that's very carefully.
For the hunters and fishermen in your family, there are no shortage of things to do. There was a big game trophy antler collection from the Northwest, an indoor 3-D archery shoot, along with all the free hunting and fishing seminars you can stand.
And for kids... a fishing pond filled with Rainbow Trout, where they can fish to their hearts' content.
Exhibitors include retailers, outdoor clubs and organizations, taxidermists, wildlife art, fishing boats, and ATVs.
Tickets are nine dollars, four-fifty for kids, and kids under six go free.
The show runs through Sunday and you can visit their website (www.shuylerproductions.com) for the schedule.
