Yakima Man Faces 15 Years In Prison

A Yakima man faces up to 15 years in prison for a fatal shooting in 2009.
22 year old Marcos Rojas pleaded guilty today to charges of first-degree manslaughter and second degree asssault.
Rojas was originally facing murder charges for the shooting that killed 34-year-old Jason Baldoz and injured two others on North 7th street.
Prosecutors say Rojas is a known gang member --- he will be sentenced next month.
