License Revoked From Bus Company Involved in Fatal Pendleton Accident
The U.S. Department of Transportation revokes the operating license of a Canadian bus company after the crash near Pendleton that killed nine people and injured 38 others.
The transporation department believes Mi Joo Tour and Travel of British Columbia allowed its driver to remain behind the wheel on December 30th, after he had been on duty for 92 hours over an eight-day stretch.
That's 22 hours more than the federal limit.
Earlier today we learned the name of the ninth victim --19-year-old Richard Sohn of Bellevue.
