Flu Season Comes Early This Year

We're barely into this flu season, and already the Washington Department of Health reports 3 deaths relating to influenza.

Hospitals around the state say they've treated dozens of people so far this year, a huge increase over the past two years.

Health officials say the spread of the flu will continue well into March, so it's not too late to get vaccinated.

They also recommend to make sure to wash your hands frequently, use hand sanitizer, and stay home if you're sick.
