Lawsuit Filed Against Millsite
Boise Cascade Mill
A Yakima firm files a lawsuit against the owners of the Boise Cascade Millsite-- for failure to pay for the removal of asbestos at the site.
Tri-Calley Construction filed the lawsuit last month against P&P Demolition, and the mill site owners.
The company is seeking more than 140 thousand dollars for the cleanup job it performed last March, and forclosure of the property.
