Yakima Teenager Withdraws Guilty Plea
A teenager who pleaded guilty to killing a man at the Yakima Transit Center over a year ago files a motion to withdraw his plea.
Daniel Perez was scheduled to be sentenced today for the shooting death of Octavio Rangel.
However, a court clerk says he will instead be back in court on January 22nd.
This past October, Perez made a plea deal with prosecutors which reduced his first degree murder charge to second degree.
