Shoot-Out Suspect Will Be Re-Evaluated
A Yakima County Court judge approves a request to send a man accused of endangering police in a shoot-out to Spokane for mental evaluation.
Lance Nanamkin will be re-evaluated after prosecutors claim he is not as incompetent as he seems.
Nanamkin was deemed unable to stand trial back in January, however, prosecutors say they have been receiving reports of Nanamkin speaking and moving without limitations.
Nanamkin was shot six times, twice in the head, after police say he fired an assault rifle at officers back in 2011.
