The Yakima City Council will be asked to consider a $400,000 settlement with the family of a woman who died in a car crash three years ago.

The city admits no wrongdoing in the death of 41 year old Marina Barajas -- Barajas and 29 year old Pasqual Ayala were killed when suspect Shaun Kollman crashed a stolen pickup into their car, while fleeing from police.

Kollman pleaded guilty to murder and other charges, and was sentenced to more than 50 years in prison.

Ayala's family also filed a lawsuit against the city, that case is still pending.
