Harrah Shooting Suspect Being Held On $1 Million Bail
A Harrah man accused of shooting a family member multiple times appears in Yakima Couty Court this afternoon.
18-year-old David Fernandez faces first degree assault charges for allegedly shooting his uncle, Roberto Ocampo-Ursino, about six times in the back and once in the head.
Yakima County Sheriff's say the two had an intimate relationship -- Fernandez became frustrated that Ursino did not want to continue the relationship and subsequently shot him.
The sheriff's office says Ursino is in critical but stable condition.
Fernandez is being held on $1 million bail, he will be arraigned in two weeks.
