Looney Officially Sentenced To Prison

A Yakima man is sentenced to 17 years in prison today, after pleading guilty to second degree murder.

Sebastain Looney pleaded guilty to shooting and killing Gary Snell Junior in 2010, in a drug deal gone bad.

Looney was originally found not guilty of premediated murder in June, after which prosecutors filed new charges against him.

He will also serve 36 months of community custody following his release.
