Students Mourn The Loss Of A Recent Grad

Students at Chiawana High School are mourning the loss of a recent graduate, who died in a car crash on Monday.
19 year Victor Aguilar was killed monday morning about 10 miles south of Ephrata.
A passerby called 911 around 6:30 in the morning after noticing downed power lines near Dodson Road.
Aguilar and his father were driving northbound on Dodson when they left the roadway, hit a utility pole and landed in an irrigation canal.
Both Victor and his father died at the scene.
Aguilar graduated in 2012 from Chiawana High School. One student who ran track with him says he was the type of person that lit up a room.
"He was just always having fun- always had a smile on his face- never seemed to have a bad day he'd always pick everybody up around him when they were feeling bad which is really cool made me wanna be around him more," says Austin Arndt.
