Yakima Air Terminal Fires Manager

The Yakima Air Terminal fires its third manager in four years last night.
Last night the terminal board voted to fire Lee Remmel, effective October first.
Board members say the airport is in need of a management change, after an ongoing budget deficit, and difficulty attracting more commercial carriers.
The board is working with the city and county of Yakima, to determine how the airport will operate in the future.
