Kids Back Out At Recess
Elementary school students in the Tri Cities return to recess today- after air quality is too unhealthy for children.
Because of a warning by the Benton Franklin Health District Thursday saying air was unhealthy for sensitive groups- kids at Pasco, Richland, and Kennewick Elementary Schools were kept indoors on Friday.
Today they return outside for both PE and recess.
Air quality in the Tri Cities in moderate while air quality in Yakima and Kittitas counties remains unhealthy.
