Carrillo pleads no contest in Hermiston murder case

A Umatilla County man accused of murdering another man in Hermiston last year pleads no contest to a lesser crime this week.
26 year-old Jesus Carrillo conceded that the state has enough evidence to prove he is guilty of criminally negligent homicide and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
The murder happened last November at the Vintage Trailer Park on 11th Street.
Carrillo is expected to be sentenced next month.
