Richland School District Sees Testing Improvement
The Richland School District is reporting an increase in student performance on standardized testing. Below is a portion of a release from the district:
Richland School District students have been improving on state assessments over the last three years. Student achievement data reveals a general upward trend from 2010 to 2012 on the MSP, HSPE, and EOC tests.
There’s been a significant increase in the percentage of students meeting reading standards at both 7th and 8th grade. In math, 6th grade scores improved 18% over the three years while 8th grade scores improved 17%.
