A jury continues deliberations in a trial of a former Kennewick gym owner accused of charging his members a fee and keeping the money for himself.
Former 509 Fitness owner Jason Sleater is accused of charging members a 20 dollar enhancement fee in order to save his business and then pocketing the funds.
He is charged with first and second degree theft.
