Firefighters in pink firetrucks park outside the Yakima Red Robin today to show their support in the fight against breast cancer.

The annual Pink Heals tour makes a stop in the valley to raise awareness and money for breast cancer research.

Those affected by cancer were also given a chance to sign one of the two trucks.

Today's stop is just one of over sixty different cities across the country the organization will visit.

One resident, who is a breast cancer survivor says today's turnout is a huge success

"It's overwhelming, I mean, it's really great. To know what these firemen go through to come with their trucks from all over, and to gather this many signatures is just --- just something very powerful, very special," said Amy Schultz

The Pink Heals tour will run through 7 tonight.

The organization will make its last stop in Arizona in October.
